What You'll Do

* Display positive attitude and practice strong work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy and goals of Tesla * Assist with planning, parts acquisition, project coordination and communication with a focus on meeting project deadlines and cost goals without affecting ongoing production * Acting as an in-house construction technician, perform hands on installation, start up and commissioning of equipment and systems as needed * Enthusiastically cross train and support peers with project work that is outside of your core skill set * Identify and communicate quality and safety improvement opportunities.
