Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial settings.
• Installation of new or updated lighting within existing communities.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and repairing or replacing existing outdoor lighting systems, fixtures, circuitry, panels, hardware, etc.
• Boom truck work on occasion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication & reporting skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks/ drug test.
• Job requires physical capability of standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting 50 pounds frequently, operating heavy machinery, operating hand and power tools, and ability to see color to discern color coded wiring
