Commercial Electrician

We are a smaller commercial electrical firm and we are trying to establish a name for ourselves with contractors and clients so we can eliminate down times between jobs. Its a sacrifice we are making now so its easier later. We work a little different than other contractors being a little more laid back and ALL of us work as a team helping one another. As we work on these jobs we offer overtime and we are a bit more lenient on mistakes and we are able to do this by lowering expectations and pressure so we can enjoy our jobs.

NOTE: One of the first questions we ask is what you want to make and we do this as a test. If you are just getting out of trade school or have minimal commercial experience please lower your wage expectations so we can see how you work and train you. We are not trying to insult or put you in a bad spot we are doing this because of the losses that come with learning so it is less of a risk. Also, this will allow us to give you raises and lower stress so work is a little more enjoyable.

Prime Electric is looking for an Experienced Commercial and Residential Electricians to join our team. This position is a Monday-Friday position that includes some overtime.

We are a small crew of guys that just like doing what we do and have fun doing it. Always trying to learn and advance. Trying to create something to give to our future generations.

Prime Electric strives for employees to have family and friend time which is why we push for employees to have weekends and holidays off. Although, there may be an occasional weekend there have been very few.

We are trying to get crews set for each type of building we do. We have to travel and are looking to split travel between crews so we can take turns doing the travel work. This can keep the relationships we are creating growing.
