Commercial Electrician (Installation Only)

Fresh Air Concepts is expanding our commercial electrical division and hiring experienced Commercial Electricians focused strictly on installation work.

If you're tired of unpredictable service calls, after-hours emergencies, and inconsistent schedules — this is your opportunity to work on structured commercial projects with professional management and a steady pipeline.

We specialize in commercial new construction, renovations, and tenant build-outs. This is project-based work — not residential service.

What You’ll Do

• Install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid) and cable systems
• Perform commercial rough-in and trim-out
• Install panels, disconnects, transformers, and switchgear
• Mount and wire lighting fixtures and lighting controls
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial electrical installation experience preferred
• Strong conduit bending and layout skills
• Ability to read and work from blueprints
• Knowledge of NEC and commercial codes
• Maryland Journeyman License preferred (not required)
• OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and team mentality
