Commercial Electrician - 1204

Our company is looking for Commercial Electricians who can help us maintain the safety of our workplace and the quality of our service. The ideal candidate for this position will have the experience, knowledge and tools to install electrical systems for new buildings and construction sites, and will have a strong preference for working independently. This position includes a competitive salary with health benefits and holiday pay. We are a drug free work place so you MUST be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment used in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Be familiar with current city and state building codes, which may require licensing.
• Identify problems in electrical systems and network infrastructure by testing equipment and making voltage, current and resistance measurements.
• Follow procedures for working safely with electrical currents.
• Read blueprints to understand the layout of an electrical system.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
