Help power North Georgia’s retail, office, and restaurant spaces—while keeping homes running safely. At TEP Electric LLC, you’ll contribute to a steady pipeline of commercial projects and support a growing residential/service division.

### Role focus

• Primary: Commercial construction (retail, office, restaurants, tenant improvements)
• Secondary: Residential installations and service calls
• Everyday: Troubleshooting, quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork

### Key responsibilities

• Install/maintain electrical systems on commercial sites
• Complete tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up projects
• Support residential electrical work and service tickets
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in both settings
• Set panels; install lighting, feeders, branch circuits; run EMT, MC, and rigid conduit
• Read and interpret blueprints/electrical drawings
• Adhere to NEC and local codes; maintain safe practices
• Keep jobsites neat and professional
• Coordinate with project managers and communicate progress

### Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical experience
• Commercial experience preferred; residential experience welcomed
• Strong troubleshooting and adaptability across project types
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license

### Preferred (not required)

• Conduit bending
• Service troubleshooting
• Generator or EV charger installation
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Lift certification
