BFP-Electrician

Job Purpose

* The Electrician Lead at The Beasley Group is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects and maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems. This role involves leading a team of electricians, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians in performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate electrical work with overall project needs and timelines.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including maintenance logs, project documentation, and compliance reports.
• Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide expert solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in budget planning and manage expenses related to electrical projects and maintenance activities.
