Apprentice Electrician - Commercial

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will assist journeyman and master electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial job sites while gaining hands-on experience and advancing their electrical career.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install fixtures and devices
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Support senior electricians with troubleshooting and testing

Requirements

• 2+ years of commerical electrical experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
