Job Description

Perform duties to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain a wide variety of complex mechanical, electrical, building, and facilities systems.

• Work detail assigned via CMMS work order system and/or direction from supervision. Work from maintenance manuals, prints, work orders, wiring diagrams, schematics, codes, manuals and instructions:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of equipment such as heating, cooling, stamping, bending, forming, welding equipment and/or electrical systems.
• Install or assist in installation or relocation of equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work on 277V and/or 480V electrical systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities, check equipment function and operation and recommend required maintenance action.
• Assist in training departmental employees.
