01 Journeyman Electrician – Commercial & Residential Service

Arcline Electric is hiring a Washington 01 Journeyman Electrician to help with commercial service work, tenant improvements, remodels, residential service, EV chargers, panel work, and general electrical projects.

We are a new electrical company with a strong brand, a growing customer base, and a partnership with an established plumbing company. This is a ground-level opportunity for the right electrician who wants more than just another hourly job.

Because Arcline is still in its early growth stage, this is currently a W2 variable-hour position. Hours will depend on booked jobs, service calls, estimates, approved training, project workload, and company needs. There is no guaranteed minimum number of weekly hours at this stage.

As call volume and project volume increase, this role has the potential to grow into a more consistent full-time position with expanded responsibility, leadership opportunity, and long-term compensation growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed Washington 01 Journeyman Electrician who is comfortable handling commercial work but can also support residential service and remodel projects when needed.

The ideal person can troubleshoot, communicate clearly, work clean, represent the company well, and help build strong field standards as Arcline grows.

This role may include commercial service calls, small tenant improvements, light commercial projects, residential troubleshooting, EV charger installs, panel upgrades, remodel wiring, lighting upgrades, and customer-facing service work.
