About This Role

A Test Flight Electrician performs all tasks associated with electrical/electronic system testing and maintenance as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Electrical/Electronic system test conduct
• Electrical/Electronic system troubleshooting & resolution
• Conduct maintenance on electrical/electronic systems
• Electrical/Electronic support for craft operations – on ramp & underway
• Cable fabrication, electrical panel assembly, wire stripping, electrical schematics layouts, hook-ups, and soldering
• Must be able to work from Engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, schematics and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Perform job duties with the use of basic hand tools such as screw drivers, pliers, wire cutters, drill motors, sand and grinding tools, etc.
• Maintain records, forms, and logs as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education

* High school diploma or GED certificate.

Position Requirements

• Formal craft training and three (3) plus years of related experience, preferably in marine vessel testing.
