Job Summary

The Service Electrician II is primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing any electrical or communication issues within EDC operations. Some mechanical duties may be required along with other duties deemed necessary within EDC.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Job work schedule will be an equal rotation of a 21 on, 21 off schedule. On occasion worker may be needed to work on some or all their days off and in or out of their normal area.

The following represents many of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all inclusive nor present other duties from being assigned when necessary:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 5 – 600 VAC electrical systems and equipment
• Maintain existing electrical systems which includes, but not limited to, motor controls, networking, PLC’s VFD’s, relays, generators, and power transducers
• Inspect installed equipment to ensure proper and safe operations
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failure and down time
