### Position Overview

As a Residential Service Pro, you are the face of our company. You will work directly with homeowners across the DMV area to deliver high-quality, efficient electrical solutions — from diagnosing problems to presenting options and completing the work to code. You will also mentor an apprentice, helping to grow the next generation of skilled electricians on our team. ### What You Will Be Doing

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and deliver clear, effective solutions with detailed explanations of options and recommendations.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards and code violations, ensuring all work meets applicable NEC, Maryland, and local standards.
• Present flat-rate pricing options to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Repair and install electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and equipment to ensure safety, full functionality, and code compliance.
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit for new and existing installations.
• Acquire all necessary materials to complete approved work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project and upon completion.
