What You’ll Do

Lead residential electrical installation and service projects

* Install and repair panels, outlets, lighting, EV chargers, and smart home systems * Troubleshoot and resolve complex residential electrical issues * Supervise and mentor junior electricians * Communicate directly with homeowners and ensure high satisfaction * Maintain tools, inventory, and job documentation * Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes *

✅ What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of residential electrical experience

* Strong knowledge of wiring, breakers, circuits, and code compliance * Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license with a clean record *
