The Residential Electrician is responsible for installing electrical systems in residential construction projects in accordance with company standards, project specifications, National Electrical Code (NEC), and local regulations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in all phases of residential electrical construction, including rough-in, trim-out, and final installations. This position works closely with field leadership, builders, and other trades to deliver quality electrical installations on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities ------------------------

• Install electrical wiring, devices, fixtures, panels, and equipment in single-family and multifamily residential construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, electrical layouts, and specifications.
• Perform rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations according to project schedules.
• Install and terminate electrical panels, breakers, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, and low-voltage systems.
• Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, builders, inspectors, and other trades to maintain project timelines.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies at all times.
