We are actively hiring experienced Multi-Family Electrical Helpers for our team in the Washington DC / Maryland area and are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to start quickly.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on field experience, and grow your career in the electrical industry. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians while helping complete residential electrical installations and supporting the field crew. Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will: * Assist in rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches * Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew * Clean and maintain the work area and equipment * Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members * Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed * Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards * Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment * Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual () is a plus
• Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
