As one of our first boots on the ground in Tennessee, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. What You'll Do

• Install all electrical infrastructure required to support heat pump systems — done right, on every job
• Perform load calculations and design code-compliant solutions that actually work in the real world
• Upgrade main electrical panels as needed, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panel configurations
• Pull permits and own the inspection process end-to-end across GA jurisdictions
