Master Electrician (Industrial)

Position Description

We are seeking a master electrician licensed in Virginia to join our team. Provides technical guidance, oversees installations, and ensures compliance with all electrical codes and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify constructability issues and provide solutions
• Provide technical guidance on construction methods, sequencing, testing, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Virginia
• 10+ years of experience in industrial electrical work, including power distribution and instrumentation
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• OSHA 10
• Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand direction from supervisor and welder.
• Utilize basic math and calculator, read tape measure and understand operation and usage of volt meter/multimeter.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment and work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments.
