Maintenance Electrician - JLL

As a Maintenance Electrician at JLL, you'll play a vital role in shaping a brighter way for our clients by ensuring the electrical systems that power their operations run seamlessly and safely. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and systems across commercial properties, working collaboratively with facility management teams to deliver exceptional service. This role embraces innovative ways of working while prioritizing safety and efficiency in all electrical maintenance activities.

What this job involves

• Maintains generators, VFD’s, UPS systems as well as building and or Utility Plant support equipment like AHU’s, Chillers, Boilers, hot water heaters, pumps, valves and other electrical related equipment.
• Assist in support/execution of Site power outages and Major Switchgear Maintenance events
• Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
