• $35.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE, Certifications, and Licenses
• Overtime Available Weekly
• Daily Per Diem for Overnight Travel
• Paid Hotels & Travel Expenses
• Annual Earning Potential: $100,000 - $160,000+

Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced licensing, industrial certifications, controls expertise, conveyor systems experience, or leadership-level field experience.

About the Role

Force Building Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support conveyor systems, automation equipment, electrical infrastructure, and industrial facilities throughout Nevada.

This position primarily supports local businesses throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas, with occasional out-of-state travel assignments based on project needs.

We are looking for electricians who take pride in their trade, troubleshoot independently, communicate professionally, and perform at a high level in fast-paced industrial environments.

This is not an entry-level position. We are building a strong field team focused on safety, accountability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
