As a crucial part of our team, you'll be hands-on in the maintenance process, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing machines and equipment throughout the mill. This position primarily focuses on controls and electrical systems (E&I). What we need from you

• Have extensive working knowledge of the tasks required to perform on all phases of electrical work and design build.
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, update and repair industrial control systems and power distribution systems including electric motors, motor control devices, variable speed drives and PLC’s.
• Calibrate and tune Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Working knowledge of motor control circuits
• Ability to use electrical meters to test and troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Install ridged conduit and duct, etc.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, manuals, diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic.
