Responsibilities

Performs assigned rudimentary preventative maintenance work. Demonstrates ability to follow procedures directed by work orders or higher-level technicians to conduct rudimentary troubleshooting preventative maintenance and repair according to MWN standards ensuring all instructions are followed and that each step is fully executed. Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical problems on all equipment and make the necessary repairs. May be on call for breakdowns, including nights and weekends. Must maintain a clean and organized maintenance area. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications and must maintain accurate maintenance records. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical education. Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues and solve problems. Ability to read and troubleshoot low voltage using electrical schematics. Ability to perform basic electrical work, including, but not limited to, changing out motors, troubleshooting machine faults, and running wiring Ability to be on call for nights and weekends.
