Job description

  • Minimum 2yrs experience with low-voltage installations, including, but not limited to: data/comm, fiber, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and materials, installation techniques, and understanding of drawings and schematics.
  • Communicate with PM/Foreman about daily/weekly tasks.
  • Be motivated and proactive, with ability to plan and execute tasks on your own.
  • Interact with other Trades in a professional manner.
  • Show up Prepared (have proper tools & PPE the project calls for), be early, and have a good attitude.
  • Actively be involved with jobsite processes to help management anticipate and overcome potential conflicts or work flow issues.
  • Work in a safe manner and maintain a safe and clean work site. Maintain an organized material storage area.
  • Invest time outside of work to gain knowledge and understanding of the Trade. Use the resources available to you further your career.
  • At all times, present a professional appearance to customers, other trades, and the Public. This includes language, proper attire, vehicle cleanliness, jobsite presentation, and care of JEC and others tools, equipment,

materials, and property.
