Job Description

The Security Low Voltage Technician will be responsible for the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, and related components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* System Installation and Setup + Install and configure security systems, including alarms, access control, video surveillance, and intercom systems. + Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and client requirements. + Run and terminate cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, etc.) as needed for system connectivity. * System Programming and Configuration + Program and customize security systems to meet client-specific needs. + Integrate systems with smart home platforms or business networks as required. * Troubleshooting and Maintenance + Diagnose and repair technical issues with security systems promptly. + Perform routine system inspections, tests, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. * Customer Service + Provide detailed system demonstrations and user training to client...
