Licensed Electrician — Residential

Licensed Electricians typically work 40+ hours per week and earn $75,000–$145,000+ annually, based on performance. Residential experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems in compliance with State of Texas building and electrical codes
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment using appropriate testing tools and hand tools
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs while ensuring code compliance
• Test electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment using devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure safety and system integrity
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, climbing, and working in confined spaces such as attics
• Learn and follow company systems, processes, and best practices

Qualifications

• Active Master, Journeyman, or Residential Wireman license with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation
• Minimum 1 year of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven work ethic with leadership capability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 75 pounds and repeatedly lift 40–50 pounds
• Ability to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, and stoop for extended periods
