We are looking for an experienced Licensed Electrician who is comfortable with residential service work, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and HVAC-related electrical work. This is a great fit for someone who is tired of the new construction grind and wants more variety, independence, and long-term stability with a growing service company.

This is a hands-on field position. You will be trusted to work independently, communicate with clients and the office, and complete clean, professional, code-compliant work.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Install and service panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, generators, dedicated circuits, and related systems.
• Support HVAC installations and service work, including wiring for mini-splits, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, boilers, thermostats, disconnects, surge protection, and control wiring.
• Diagnose electrical and HVAC-related issues in the field.
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and management regarding job status, findings, recommendations, and next steps.
• Document work with photos, notes, and job updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
• Work independently while still being part of a team.
