<Duties>

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including CCTV, security alarms, fire alarms, sensors, access control, and telecommunication networks.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute system designs.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform cabling, conduit bending, termination, and equipment mounting.
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with existing systems and perform repairs or upgrades efficiently.
• Ensure all installations comply with NEC (National Electrical Code), local building codes, and industry standards such as IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems).
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to design system layouts tailored to specific security or automation needs.
• Utilize remote access software to monitor system performance remotely and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including system configurations and service reports.
• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during alarm system sales consultations.
