Lead Electrician/ Service Technician

All Quality Electrical is looking for a looking for an experienced electrician who wants more than just another job. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, meeting customers, preparing estimates, identifying additional work opportunities, planning jobs, and helping build a strong team. What you'll do: - Troubleshoot residential electrical issues. - Meet customers and provide excellent service. - Prepare estimates and close jobs. - Plan materials and organize upcoming work. - Identify additional work opportunities when appropriate. - Help manage field operations as the company grows.

Requirements: - Strong residential electrical experience. -Excellent troubleshooting skills. -Professional appearance and communication. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must have your own hand tools. - Able to carry and use a 6ft ladder.

We're looking for an individual with solid electrical knowledge. There will be a training period while you learn our systems, processes, and customer approach, but you should already be comfortable working independently in the field.
