Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Lead Electrician to oversee residential electrical projects and guide a team of apprentices and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential electrical installs, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Mentor junior electricians and ensure all work meets code and safety standards
• Communicate with customers and team members to keep jobs running smoothly
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Qualifications

• Valid journeyman or master electrician license greatly preferred
• 4+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
