Bradley Electrical Services is looking for a skilled Lead Electrician to join our growing team. Lead Electrician ($25–$30/hr):Lead small crews, complete residential/commercial electrical installations, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity on assigned projects.

Senior Lead Electrician ($30–$40/hr):Lead larger and more complex projects, mentor and develop electricians, solve advanced field challenges, and set the standard for quality, leadership, and customer satisfaction across multiple jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from rough-in to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, wiring, and lighting systems for residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and plans accurately
• Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters
• Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance and on-the-job training
• Coordinate with contractors, builders, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
• Manage service work in clients’ homes with professionalism and care
• Pick up materials as needed to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and deliver on their needs
