The USS Midway Museum is America’s most-visited historic floating ship museum. The Ships Engineering Department Electrical Technician will support the Ships Electricians with ship wide electrical systems, ranging from high voltage systems (440, 220) supporting aircraft elevators, ship lighting, high voltage power load centers to simple 110 systems (lighting, plug outlets).

Schedule

• 5 days week - schedule varies based on projects, events, etc.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• 8-hour work shifts, notionally 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• 40 hours per week (overtime authorized if required)

Pay

The hourly pay range for this full-time position is $23.00 – $28.00. The rate of pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and take into account internal equity.
