***This position travels to job sites and you must be willing and able to travel daily and overnight.***

General Summary You will report directly to the Operations Manager as well as work closely with him to learn the installation process the way Good Faith Energy installs solar systems. You will not be limited. There may be times where you are doing solar only jobs or possibly even a charger install. Electricians at Good Faith Energy have to be flexible and nimble. Good Faith Energy Electricians are problem solving professionals. We can do anything we put our minds to with the help of each other. We are a team as well as a family and we have each other's backs and work together for each other. This is a salaried position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Must be fully qualified and capable of working directly with Project Management to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work needed to complete projects in a timely manner.

Must be capable of performing all duties associated with Crew lead position by leading and training

Requires roof work

Travel time of 2-3 weeks per month, with per diem pay

Experience with Tesla, Enphase, Fronius and SolarEdge Systems

Must be able to self prepare for all scopes of Electrical work needed by evaluating pictures from site assessment and communicating directly with the PM and Design team about any necessary changes or improvements to the electrical plan set. These changes must be documented and sent in to the PM team.

Must maintain tools and materials needed to “adapt and overcome” any challenges that come up in the field including Utility shut downs.

Must be capable of communicating at a high level with city Inspectors.

Must maintain a 90% or higher pass rate on all Electrical Equipment wall installations and maintain less than 10% service calls gener...
