About the role

As a CBRE Journeyman Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical andelectrical equipment in assigned facilities. This role is part of theEngineering and Technical Services function, responsible for providing support,preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical andlighting systems, including new equipment installations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace components such as valves, motors,controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers,cores, and pipes.
• Safely work with electrical systems up to 480 volts, following all applicablesafety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating safely and efficiently.
• Review historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection,testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Deliver efficient and reliable service to internal and external customers.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to solveroutine problems.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of your discipline and familiarity with relateddisciplines.
