Gray Electric is seeking licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to join our growing team. As a family-owned company with more than 65 years of service, we take pride in providing quality electrical work while maintaining a positive, professional work environment for our employees.

This position offers a variety of work in commercial, industrial, residential, and service electrical applications. Most projects are located within approximately 45 minutes of Mauston, allowing employees to enjoy consistent work close to home.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
