Journeyman Electrician

Front Range Wireless is located in Colorado Springs and Centennial, Colorado and is accepting applications for a licensed Journeyman Electrician. Applicant must to have minimum 5 years’ experience performing electrical tasks associated with wireless communication tower sites.

Job Summary

• Must have current Journeyman Electrician License
• 24+ -48 volt PDFs
• Understand and operate emergency generators, A/C & D/C Lighting

Systems, PDSC's Power Monitor systems (AT&T, Lorain, etc) Ring Plants, Converter Plants, and Inverter Plants.

• Proficient in installation of battery strings, power boards, power/ground bus bars, charging rectifiers
• Excellent communication and technical skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent safety record
• Ability to multi-task

Requirements

• 5 years related experience
• Working at heights
• Stable employment history
• Relevant education and/or training
• Understand/Interpret technical drawings and construction procedures
• Proficient in use of electrical test equipment
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Travel required
• Valid driver's license, drug testing and background checks
