Journeyman Electrician - Foreman

Next Level Electric is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to join our growing team. This leadership role requires a highly skilled electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems, code compliance, and the ability to effectively manage crews and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on residential and commercial projects
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Coordinate and order materials needed for projects to maintain workflow and deadlines
• Manage job progress and maintain quality workmanship standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and team members
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company expectations

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License required
• Minimum 15 years of electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical code and industry standards
• Proven leadership experience running crews and managing job sites
• Ability to organize workflow, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity
• Experience ordering materials and managing job-related logistics
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
