Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsible electrician for the company
• Execute LED lighting retrofits and installations
• Enforce and promote high-quality safety standards
• Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
• Mentor and train others in the field, fostering a culture of learning and safety
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with other electricians on lighting and electrical issues
• Install EV chargers as part of our service offerings

Minimum Requirements

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
• Active California Journeyman license (or reciprocating license)
• Proven experience as a skilled electrician, particularly on small to medium-size teams
