is a growing, family-owned electrical contractor seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

We specialize in both residential and commercial electrical work throughout the Treasure Valley and are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and can effectively manage and mentor apprentices.

Pay

$28–$40 per hour DOE

What You'll Do:

• Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Lead projects and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices
• Interpret plans, specifications, and electrical codes
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• Current Idaho Journeyman Electrician License
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical work
• Ability to lead crews and manage apprentices
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
