Journeyman Electrician

Join our team of problem-solving and capable electricians! We’re looking for a professional and experienced electrician to help our customers keep their power on. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, replacing, installing, and repairing various electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories. You’re familiar with using the latest hand and power tools, adhere to national and local safety codes, and have completed your licensing, training, and apprenticeship requirements. Compensation

$31.50 hourly DOE & Ability

Responsibilities

* Make sure the wiring is in accordance with all building codes and safety regulations * Test wiring and other electrical components to make sure it’s properly connected * Perform maintenance and installation of electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories * Check newly installed electrical components to make sure they work * Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Qualifications

* Completed electrician apprenticeship * Comfortable in all kinds of working and weather conditions, from small confined areas to great heights * Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent * Applicant must have a valid electrician license * Strong communication skills, including tact and courtesy in dealing with others * Journeyman Electrician license
