Journeyman Electrician

At a glance

• Pay: $34-$38 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Successful candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, dependable, and personable
• Ability to lead and direct crew of apprentices and journeymen electricians
• Must have demonstrated ability to complete projects
• Must maintain Montana Journeyman Electrician's license
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to maintain compliance with safety standards
• Participate in training sessions to enhance electrical knowledge and skills

Environment: Active construction sites/indoor and outdoor

Physical requirements

• Must have the ability to wear required PPE
• Lifting: Lift up to 50lbs infrequently
• Fine motor skills: Grasp, push, greater than 75% of the time
• Position: stand, walk, and crouch greater than 75% of the time
