Who We're Looking For

This position is best suited for a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their projects. Most work will be performed independently with minimal supervision, so the ability to manage your time, communicate effectively, solve problems, and make sound decisions in the field is essential.

Our electricians work directly in customers' homes and are expected to represent the company professionally at all times. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with homeowners, explaining electrical issues and recommended solutions in clear language, and delivering a professional customer experience from start to finish.

Attention to detail matters. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, organized workmanship and respects our customers' homes and property. Protecting finished surfaces, controlling dust and debris, maintaining an organized workspace, and leaving a home clean when the job is complete are fundamental expectations of this position. Our goal is to leave every project in a condition where it is difficult to tell we were ever there.

The right candidate takes pride in doing things the right way, communicates well, follows through on commitments, and understands that their work reflects directly on the reputation of Atlantic Electrical Contractors.
