Journeyman Electrician

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and/or commercial settings. This role includes troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring all work meets code requirements, and providing safe, reliable service to customers or job sites.

Responsibilities Include

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment
• Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices such as meters and circuit testers
• Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, outlets, switches, breakers, and panels
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national electrical codes

Requirements: * 2+ years of electrical service and repair experience * Valid Journeyman license * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components and installations * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings * Ability to follow safety protocols * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work as part of a team and take direction * Attention to detail * Neat and clean presentation * Great work ethic * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
