Job Leader / Job Foremen Electrician

Responsible for the planning, supervising and the performing of electrical installations.

Must be able to

• Work with and lead a team
• Build team atmosphere and motivate the team on a job site
• Work well with, for, and along side customers
• Read and apply drawings and prints
• Read and apply job site specifications

Applicant must also be:* Licensed JW in state of SD and city of Sioux Falls * OSHA 10 hour safety certification * Familiar with basic Word, Excel, Outlook * Understand NFPA 70E and NEC basic concepts to apply to job site installations

Not required but recommended:* 8 years' experience - 3 of which in leadership role running projects * OSHA 30 hour * Additional leadership courses / seminars * Additional team building courses / seminars
