Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.Crafted Highlights: In the role of the Instrumentation Controls Electrician working in the Malting department at the Golden brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will be part of the Malting Maintenance Team. Our maintenance team is the lifeblood that keeps our malthouse going. You will be responsible for playing an important role in ensuring that our production facility is running smoothly so we can make as much of our great malt as possible.This position reports to the Equipment Specialist Leader.Shift: 4x4, straight nightsWhat You’ll Be Brewing:

• Execute work as planned through our maintenance planning and scheduling process.
• Evaluate problems within the plant’s electrical, controls, and instrumentation systems and generate options to find actionable practical solutions.
• Provide technical support to operational and maintenance leaders as it pertains to desired projects in the plant, including capital projects.
• Provide support to department Maintenance Leads by defining scopes of work and working with contractors when necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of preventive maintenance routines, making revisions and recommending improvements to continually improve.
• Exercise strong reporting, documentation, communication, and time management skills to optimize our maintenance team and processes....
