Reports to: Master Electrician Location: San Marcos, Texas Shift: Second 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM We have one goal: to manufacture quality magnets! About this role Noveon is seeking a highly skilled and detailed-orientated Instrumentation and Electrical Technician to help aid in factory start up, electrical installs, and wiring. A qualified candidate will have a long history of quality job completion, extensive electrical knowledge, and a positive attitude. The role will require working with several teams across the factory floor and strong communication skills. What You’ll Be Doing

* Working in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Safely performing work in accordance with NEC NFPA 70, plant LOTO procedures, and local electrical codes. * Troubleshooting PLC and HMI code. * Diagnosing and resolving automation and electrical control issues. * Calibrating instrumentation including pressure sensors, thermocouples and load cells. * Analyzing automation system logs to identify performance anomalies. * Installing cable trays, EMTs, ridged conduits, electrical panels, disconnects, and MCCs. * Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing ins...
