Scope / Overview

The Instrument and Electrical Technician III is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing electrical, instrumentation, and control systems that support safe and reliable production operations. This role ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational integrity processes while providing technical leadership to maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting electrical and instrumentation systems in oil and gas processing facilities or offshore production environments and be capable of serving as the Instrument and Electrical Lead when required.

Main Functions

* Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment. * Evaluate equipment performance and develop effective repair and maintenance plans. * Document equipment issues, corrective actions, and maintenance activities. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, procedures, and safety requirements. * Support collaboration between operations, engineering, maintenance, and project teams. * Review electrical and control specifications, work practices, and technical procedures. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for instrument and electrical systems. * Generate and support Management of Change (MOC) requests for electrical and control systems. * Monitor and inspect new installations to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements. * Support work prioritization and maintenance planning activities to maximize operational efficiency. * Participate in and lead technical meetings and training sessions as needed. * Serve as the Instrument and Electrical Lead on an as-needed basis....
