Scope

The Instrument & Electrical Technician III installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical and instrumentation equipment supporting oil & gas production operations. This position is responsible for maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical and control systems while ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) procedures. The technician also provides technical support to Operations, Engineering, and Projects while serving as a technical resource for the maintenance organization.Primary Responsibilities* Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment. * Evaluate electrical systems and instrumentation to determine repair requirements. * Document maintenance activities and verify corrective actions. * Plan, update, and oversee work activities in accordance with company procedures, regulations, specifications, and standards. * Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance. * Support collaboration between Operations, Engineering, and Projects teams. * Review and provide input on electrical control specifications and work practices. * Maintain accountability for electrical and control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual. * Apply and follow Permit to Work System (PTWS) requirements. * Complete scheduled maintenance activities accurately and on time. * Continue developing technical knowledge of equipment, regulations, and industry practices. * Attend and lead technical meetin...
