Job Summary

IEG is seeking skilled Industrial Service Electricians—either Journeymen or Apprentices with at least three years of industrial electrical experience. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire, locally based role with some travel required, but it is *not* strictly a traveling electrician position. We are looking for dependable professionals capable of working independently and excelling in fast‑paced industrial environments.

Required Knowledge

• NEC Code
• Running electrical jobs of varying sizes
• Feeder sizing requirements
• Tooling needs for industrial projects
• PPE requirements and electrical safety practices
• Lighting systems, transformers, motor controls, and switchboards

Required Skills

Candidates must be proficient in

• Electrical wiring
• Threading, bending, and installing EMT and rigid conduit (½"–4")
• Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems
• Applying mathematical skills for electrical calculations
• Reading and interpreting sketches, blueprints, drawings, and specifications
