Industrial Electrician

Role Summary

The Industrial Electrician plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and equipment in a fast‑paced production environment.

This role is ideal for an electrician who enjoys troubleshooting complex industrial systems and taking ownership of equipment reliability.

New hires will complete an initial training period on day shift to become familiar with our facility, safety practices, and industrial equipment before transitioning to the assigned swing shift schedule.

You will work hands‑on with conduit, wiring, control components, and lighting systems, diagnose electrical issues up to and including 600 volts, and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime. This role also supports lighting circuits, motion sensors, photo eyes, and switches, while working closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable performance across the facility.

This position requires schedule flexibility, including the ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, call‑ins, and overtime as needed to support production demands. Duties and Responsibilities

• Observing safety procedures and meeting electrical codes. Ensuring the safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure the smooth operation of machines, equipment, and other electrical systems in the facility.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic industrial equipment.
• Repair and PM electrical machinery; this may include, but is not limited to, such equipment as AC/DC motors, drives, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyors and instrumentation and PLC controls
• During downtime situations, analyze the cause of breakdown with equipment
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment
