Industrial Electrician

Rinvio is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for heavy industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting work in the Wilton, Iowa area.

Pay: $35-$50/hour, based on experience

Location: Wilton, IA

Schedule: Full-time industrial project/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and MCCs
• Support electrical maintenance on heavy industrial equipment such as cranes, conveyors, furnaces, motors, and production systems
• Diagnose faults in VFDs, soft starters, 3-phase motor systems, and related controls
• Read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in a fast-moving industrial environment
• Execute lockout/tagout procedures and follow strict industrial safety protocols

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance or troubleshooting experience
• Strong experience with high-voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and 3-phase motors
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
• Comfort troubleshooting heavy industrial equipment and production systems
• Strong safety mindset with lockout/tagout experience
• Reliable transportation to the Wilton, IA area
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
